We are seeking a Solutions Analyst (ERP Systems) with 7+ years of experience to support and enhance our ERP capabilities, primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will be instrumental in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring efficient and harmonized global processes.

What you will do
  • Groom product backlog, lead daily standups, and track progress against sprint or delivery goals.
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards across the team.
  • Coordinate versioning, sign-offs, and documentation reviews between developers and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison for business stakeholders when the Senior Manager is unavailable.
  • Support cross-training initiatives to reduce skill silos within the team.
  • Analyze business requirements and identify IT solutions leveraging Business Central standard functionality.
  • Consult with global business teams and collaborate with Process Governance Owners to define standard solutions.
What you bring

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP systems analysis and delivery.
  • Strong functional and technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with sprint ceremonies and software documentation/version control practices.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Fluent in English.
