Job Title: Nursing Staff (Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse / Nursing Assistant)
Reports To: Nurse Supervisor / Head Nurse / Medical Director
Job Summary:
Nursing staff are responsible for providing high-quality care to patients by assisting with medical treatments, monitoring patient health, offering emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. They play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across various healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care
- Monitor, assess, and document patient health conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily activities.
- Support patients emotionally and communicate their concerns to physicians.
- Clinical Duties
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist during examinations or surgeries.
- Operate medical equipment and ensure it is maintained.
- Collect samples for lab testing (blood, urine, etc.).
- Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition.
- Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Participate in staff meetings and case discussions.
- Compliance & Safety
- Follow infection control and health & safety protocols.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (RN, LPN, etc.) as required by local/national regulations.
- Experience:
- Prior clinical experience preferred (amount may vary by position level).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical software.
Work Environment:
- May include shifts, weekends, and holiday work.
- Requires standing for extended periods, lifting patients, and responding to emergencies.

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
