**Job Summary**:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in our healthcare facility. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, assisting doctors, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vitals, administering medications, and wound dressing.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are followed.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical care situations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver holistic patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment.

**Qualification Required**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council.
- 0-5 years of experience (freshers may also apply).

**Skills Needed**:

- Strong clinical and patient care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and emergency care.
- Teamwork and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
