Job Summary:
The nursing staff plays a crucial role in providing compassionate and competent care to patients within the hospital setting. They work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assessing patients' health status and needs accurately and effectively.
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and response to treatment, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
- Assisting physicians during medical procedures and examinations.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Adhering to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice at all times.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or equivalent licensure/certification required.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing (for RNs and LPNs) preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
