Role: Senior / Lead Product Manager

We're looking for someone to lead a product end-to-end — from vision to delivery, strategy to execution.

You'll own one of India's fastest-growing consumer apps, driving both product direction and outcomes at incredible speed.

This is not a planning role — it's an ownership role. You'll lead, build, ship, and own results.

Autonomy here comes with accountability — your decisions, your metrics, your outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the product end-to-end: from roadmap and design to metrics, releases, and outcomes.
  • Move fast and execute relentlessly. Break down specs, unblock engineers, and ship at startup speed.
  • Debug and optimize. Dive into DAU drops, retention issues, or conversion gaps — and fix them.
  • Define what matters. Use data and user insight to prioritize features that truly shift metrics.
  • Stay close to users. Read every review, understand pain points, and translate them into action.
  • Lead through ambiguity. When direction is unclear, create clarity through action.

You Should Apply If

  • You've built or scaled products from 0→1 or 1→100 in fast-paced environments.
  • You're equally strong in strategy and hands-on execution.
  • You're fluent in metrics, SQL, and problem debugging.
  • You take full ownership — of the team, roadmap, and delivery — and make things happen.
  • You have 4–8 years of PM or founder/operator experience with direct outcome ownership.

  • Scaled a product to 1M+ DAUs
  • Founded or owned a product line before
  • Deep understanding of social, content, or identity-based products
  • Known for writing clear specs and making fast, data-backed decisions
