Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team, focusing on Grab's Payment Switch. In this important role, you will lead the development and integration of new payment methods and building new Issuing and Acquiring platform capabilities into the Grab ecosystem. A key aspect of your work will be to lead the payment platform strategy, enabling the Grab marketplace and external merchants to grow. You will collaborate with team members across the Payment Experience team, and various country and regional teams within Grab.

The critical tasks you will perform
- Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and champion the product vision and strategy for our Payment Switch across all markets, ensuring alignment with Grab and Grab Financial's overarching strategies.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including senior engineers, designers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and environment.
- Agile Product Development: Drive a continuous discovery-delivery model, enabling rapid transition from identified problems and solutions to implementation, facilitating quick product testing, and integrating learnings into future iterations.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data analytics to inform decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features, thereby enhancing user engagement and product relevance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and strong support for the team's initiatives.
- Product Validation: Utilize Vibe coding to validate new product ideas and experiences, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands prior to development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 8 years experience in Product Management, ideally in payments/fintech market and B2C segments
- Experience with payment and fintech ecosystem and trends in SEA, as well as fund flow mechanisms
- Experience working on app-based consumer products as well as platform products
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing products through: 
- use of MVP and continuous improvement 
- inclusion of customer centricity into every stage of product life cycle,
- making data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle and demonstrated success in managing products from conceptualisation to go-live 
- Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
