Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Financial Controller based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with budgeting and financial planning, monitoring financial operations, and providing analytical insights for decision-making. The individual will also collaborate closely with management to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Finance
  • Ability to interpret and apply accounting standards and financial regulations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage)
  • Prior experience in financial management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry, is a plus
