Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Multicuisine Chef based in Mumbai. The Multicuisine Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from various cuisines according to restaurant standards. Daily tasks include ingredient selection, food preparation, and plating, ensuring the highest food quality and presentation. The chef will also oversee kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The role may involve developing new recipes and contributing to menu planning.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including expertise in preparing and presenting dishes from various cuisines
  • Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision and inventory management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a culinary environment
  • Creativity and innovation in recipe development and menu planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members
