Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Operations Manager located in Nashik. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational processes and improving workflows to enhance efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives, monitoring performance metrics, driving process optimization, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and managing team development and engagement. The Group Operations Manager will play a strategic role in aligning operational goals with client needs and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to effectively lead and develop operations teams.
  • Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and strategy execution to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics monitoring, and reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Experience in client relationship management and aligning operational strategies with business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in operations management in a global services or business process outsourcing environment is a plus.
