Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities*

  • Immaculate Capacity Planning through effective Slot Management well within the capacity limits. ,

(Seasonal Schedule planning & implementation (Summer & Winter).)

  • To ensures optimum utilization of the resources such as Aircraft Parking Positions, Baggage Belts, Gates, Check-In Counters and Runway Capacity. ,,

(Resources utilization KPIs, e.g, Airbridge Utilization, Passenger Processing Time at each touch point, Baggage Delivery, etc.)

  • To ensure that all new and additional airline/frequencies are accommodated by focusing on efficient use of resources, process improvement measures and modifications and provide the best slots to the desired Airlines.,

(Implementation of revised schedule with amendments.)

  • Representation of GHIAL in the International and Domestic Slot Allocation Meetings/Conferences. ,

(Attending Slot Allocation Meetings/Conferences and finalization of Slots.)

  • Uploading of finalized schedule in UFIS and release to all stakeholders for real time resource management. ,

(Accurate & timely upload)

  • Responsible for Monitoring Slot Adherence and On Time Performance (OTP).

(OTP (target vs. actuals))

  • Timely coordination of all operations related data (ATM, Pax, Cargo, OTP, KPIs related data, resources utilization, etc.) with all external & internal stakeholders for Data collation, data analysis and MIS report preparation and circulation.

(Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports.)

  • To contribute in special projects with respect to Master Planning, Terminal & Airside Expansion, Forecasting, Future Resource requirements, Process Improvement, etc.

  • Responsible for regular review and amendments of SOPs.,

Education Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance/Marketing/Aviation/Ops.)

Relevant Experience

  • 10+ yrs of relevant experience in Airport Operation, specifically in Slot & Data Management.
