Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years experience in related field preferred
  • Previous experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) technical environments
  • Proven knowledge of warehouse operation processes and experienced in leading warehouse management system build efforts
  • Demonstrated experience with full life cycle, large scale projects implementations using SDLC and Agile methodology
  • Configuration/test/implement changes to MA WMS applications that will support and improve the processes.
  • Instruct users on the proper and efficient usage of the system(s)
  • Troubleshoot hardware and/or software applications malfunctions and errors, as well as user problems, resolving them or escalating as necessary.
  • Prepare written materials that document activities, events, systems, and architecture of WMS/ MAWM Systems.
  • Previous experience with testing automation is desirable
  • Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
  • Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
  • Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope
  • Independently determines method for completion of new projects
