**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records.
- Evaluates emergency situations and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for any side effects /reactions.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Monitoring, reporting and recording symptoms or changes in patient condition.
- Provides a professional level of nursing care to patients within his/her scope of practice, utilizing the nursing process to assess the health status, establish a nursing diagnosis, establish nursing goals to meet health care needs, and develop, implement and evaluate a nursing plan of care.
- Provide holistic care.
- Assesses all aspects of the patient’s pain and develop an individualized pain management plan.
- Support, instructs and educates the patient and family.
- Maintains the dignity of the dying patient.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of medical equipment.
- Assists with procedures and nursing care within scope of practice and skill.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
