Job Description

We are seeking a
Digital Ads Executive
with expertise in Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. The selected candidate will plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns to increase visibility, generate qualified leads, and achieve measurable business outcomes. This is an in-office position that offers hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on
    Google Ads
    and
    Meta Ads Manager
    .
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    , audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Optimize campaigns through
    A/B testing
    and
    performance analysis
    .
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create ad creatives and copies.
  • Track and analyze campaign results using
    Google Analytics
    and reporting tools.
  • Monitor trends and apply the latest updates in digital advertising.

Required Qualifications

  • 12th-pass, undergraduate, or graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
  • 1–2 years of experience
    managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CTR, ROI, and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with
    Google Ads Manager
    ,
    Meta Business Suite
    , and
    Analytics tools
    .
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Google Ads or Meta certification (preferred but not mandatory).
