About the Role

The role involves
solutioning and development of Teamcenter and Active Workspace for the PLM Truck division
. The ideal candidate will have over
12 years of hands-on experience
in designing, developing, and implementing Teamcenter solutions. This is an
individual contributor position
, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams. Additional knowledge in
Linux shell scripting and Power BI
will be considered an advantage. A
valid passport
is expected, as the role may involve coordination or travel for global project requirements.

Key Skills

  • Good PLM domain knowledge
  • Proficient in C++, React Framework and Active Workspace Customization
  • Good knowledge of creation of REST services
  • Scripting knowledge for batch/shell scripting working with CI/CD pipelines
  • Basic concepts of Deployment Center are expected
  • Various Teamcenter modules, mandatory is DocMgmt., Part/BOM Mgmt. (CAD and Design), Change/Schedule Mgmt., Classification, Access Control, PLMXML administration
  • Preferred: Workflow Designer, user management, ADA licensing, NX Manager, IPEM
  • In deep BMIDE knowledge
  • AWC configurations like stylesheets, column configurations, preferences, tiles, workspaces
  • Debugging of ITK and AWC code
  • Must be able to setup development environments for BMIDE/ITK customization and AWC customization including local Teamcenter installation
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiar with agile software development processes (SCRUM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Teamcenter PLM architecture aligns with business requirements, performance goals, and scalability needs
  • Guide and implement BMIDE data modeling, preferences, and technical objects based on business use cases
  • Review and manage custom server/client-side code (e.g., ITK, RAC, SOA) to ensure stability and maintainability
  • Supervise integrations between Teamcenter and external systems such as SAP, Planisware, eCommerce, etc.
  • Enforce PLM development standards, security protocols, and guidelines
  • Collaborate with global teams for defining solutions
