Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients to present BavisTechs offerings.
Actively engage in sales and business development of PLM services (especially Siemens Teamcenter) and AutoCAD customization and support services.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with BavisTechs capabilities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, client interactions, and invoicing.
Provide trustworthy pre-sales and after-sales support to clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Customer-focused approach with an ability to understand and address client needs
Ability to tailor sales pitches based on client industry, role, and pain points
Good understanding of PLM concepts and the value proposition of Siemens Teamcenter
Familiarity with AutoCAD-related services (customization, support, migration, etc.) is a plus
Time management and organizational skills
Creative problem-solving and consultative selling mindset
Ability to learn technical products and services quickly
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
