Key Responsibilities:

  1. Export Documentation:

  2. Prepare and manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

  3. Ensure compliance with export regulations, including those related to licensing, permits, and customs clearance.

  4. Import Coordination:

  5. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient import of raw materials and components.

  6. Manage import documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearance documents.

  7. Logistics Management:

  8. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

  9. Manage transportation costs, including negotiating rates with carriers and optimizing shipping routes.

  10. Compliance:

  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant export and import regulations, including those related to customs, duties, and taxes.

  12. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance.

  13. Relationship Management:

  14. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.

  15. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and logistics partners.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in export-import operations or logistics.

  2. Skills:

  3. Strong knowledge of export-import regulations and documentation.

  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  6. Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
