Import & Export Documentation Executive (Jewellery)

The person will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing all documents related to the **export and import of jewellery parcels**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and process **export and import documents** (invoices, packing lists, airway bills, customs paperwork)
- Liaise with **freight forwarders, customs, and clearing agents**:
- Ensure all documents are **accurate and compliant with customs regulations**:
- Monitor and track **shipment delivery and timelines**:
- Handle **certification and license renewal** required for export and import
- Prepare reports related to **shipment status and delivery timelines**:
- Keep proper **records and files** of all transactions
- Communicate effectively with **internal teams and stakeholders**
**Requirements**:
- Experience in **export and import documentation** (preferably in jewellery or related industry)
- Familiar with **customs regulations and procedures**:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle **multiple tasks and timelines**:
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
