What You'll Do:

  • Assist Customers: Help customers pick the perfect pet by understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by recommending the best pets and pet-related products.
  • Customer Support: Handle inquiries and provide stellar support via calls, chats, and emails. Ensure every customer has a positive experience with us.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and follow up to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and future purchases.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly and find creative solutions with a smile (even through a screen).
  • Organize & Update: Keep customer records up to date and track progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 6 months to 3 years in sales or customer support.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills – whether you're chatting on the phone or writing an email, you connect easily with people.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and open to learning new tools.
  • Attitude: A positive and friendly approach to customers with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and bonus points for additional college coursework or certifications.

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational offs.
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts (no night shifts).
