We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with strong expertise in Commodity Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and NPI (New Product Introduction).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end material management processes including planning and inventory control.
  • NPI projects related to material readiness, ensuring timely availability for proto, pilot, and mass production builds.
  • Oversee and guide a team of 5–8 members, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Project and program management activities, including scheduling, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery tracking.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, SCM, suppliers, and global cross-functional partners to meet project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing point, ensuring effective client handling and communication.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and updates to leadership and customers.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance material availability, reduce delays, and improve build readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management / SCM / Material Planning.
  • Strong understanding of NPI processes, especially material-related readiness activities.
  • Excellent in communication, client interaction, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams (5–8 members).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
