Strategic Executive Assistant To CEO

Role & responsibilities
- Be the CEOs strategic right hand anticipate needs, manage priorities, and drive execution across departments.
- Coordinate with plant heads, government bodies, investors, and global partners.
- Prepare key documents: board decks, investor presentations, internal reports, and high-level correspondence.
- Handle confidential projects with utmost discretion from leadership hiring to business expansion planning.
- Organize and track leadership meetings, project reviews, and strategic offsites.
- Manage the CEOs calendar, domestic/international travel, and critical day-to-day operations.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Support strategic planning processes and ensure the timely execution of key business initiatives across functions.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Align and coordinate to implement CEO office priorities.
- Manage monthly and fortnightly review meetings PAN India.
Performance & Data Analytics:
- Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and business insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Analyze to improve operational efficiencies and reduce manual work
What You Bring:
- Experience supporting senior leadership (CXOs or Founders) — preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or sustainability.
- Business intuition, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capability.
- Tech-savviness: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools, BI tools, Tableau.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
