Compensation Range: 12-16 LPA

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional with strong expertise in financial consolidation, goodwill accounting, and compliance with Ind AS and IFRS standards. The role requires hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and managing complex reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of financial consolidation across multiple entities.
  • Accounting and reporting for goodwill and impairment testing.
  • Handling non-controlling interests in group financial statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Ind AS 116 (Leases) and other applicable Ind AS/IFRS standards.
  • Supporting statutory audits and coordination with external auditors.
  • Assisting in preparation of management reports and variance analysis.
  • Maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

Key Requirements

  • CA Intermediate / B.Com / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS, including Ind AS 116, and IFRS.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP/consolidation tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), or similar.
  • Familiarity with intercompany reconciliation, journal entries, and multi-currency consolidations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a structured approach to financial reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across geographies.
