Role Description

We're looking for a strategic storyteller who can secure funding through compelling grant proposals while building our brand presence in LinkedIn. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who excels at both persuasive long-form writing and engaging social media content creation. You'll be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and establishing our voice in the climate tech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporate programs, and climate funds
  • Develop compelling grant proposals, applications, and supporting materials that align with funder priorities
  • Manage the full grant lifecycle from application through reporting and relationship management
  • Coordinate with technical and finance teams to gather necessary data, budgets, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain a grants calendar and tracking system to ensure timely submissions and compliance
  • Build relationships with program officers and funding organizations
  • Track success metrics and continuously improve proposal quality based on feedback
  • Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content that explains complex climate technology in accessible language
  • Showcase company milestones, team insights, project updates, and industry thought leadership
  • Leveraging AI tools to improve quality and lead times
