Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Reseller Program to build and lead our reseller ecosystem from scratch. You will be responsible for channel strategy, recruiting & onboarding resellers, managing partner relationships, driving sales through the channel, and ensuring resellers are trained to deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement reseller programs aligned with business goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage resellers across key markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with resellers and distributors.
  • Drive reseller sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide incentives.
  • Develop training & certification programs to maintain high reseller standards.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to enhance reseller experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or reseller programs (Tally experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Tally ecosystem and SME/SMB accounting workflows.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling reseller programs.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

Job Title: Manager – Reseller Program

Work Mode: Work from Office |

Working Days: 6 days/week

Salary: ₹10 LPA – ₹15 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹125,000.00 per month
