Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Reseller Program to build and lead our reseller ecosystem from scratch. You will be responsible for channel strategy, recruiting & onboarding resellers, managing partner relationships, driving sales through the channel, and ensuring resellers are trained to deliver exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reseller programs aligned with business goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage resellers across key markets.
- Build long-term relationships with resellers and distributors.
- Drive reseller sales performance, monitor KPIs, and provide incentives.
- Develop training & certification programs to maintain high reseller standards.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to enhance reseller experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or reseller programs (Tally experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Tally ecosystem and SME/SMB accounting workflows.
- Proven track record of building and scaling reseller programs.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

Salary: ₹10 LPA – ₹15 LPA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹80, ₹125,000.00 per month
