You will lead efforts to ensure effective virtual desktop solutions and provide guidance to junior administrators. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Design: Develop and implement a strategic vision for Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix that aligns with the organization s goals and objectives.Lead the design and optimization of Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix infrastructure, including advanced features, policies, and optimizations.User Support and Training: Provide expert support for end-users of Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix, addressing complex issues related to virtual desktop access, application usage, and performance.Offer training and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 administrators and end-users.Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide Level 3 support for Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix-related issues and incidents.Conduct root cause analysis for challenging technical problems and implement expert solutions.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Oversee the monitoring of the performance and availability of virtual desktop environments.Implement advanced performance tuning and optimization strategies.Security and Compliance: Ensure that Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix configurations adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance.Monitor and address vulnerabilities to reduce security risks.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix configurations, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting procedures.Collaborate with senior administrators to create and update knowledge base articles.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer ScienceLocation:India - BengaluruCreated On:16-Oct-2025
