This is done by performing the regular BAU activities on cloud mobility infrastructures like Microsoft Intune or SAAS/ On-premises mobility infrastructures like Ivanti MobileIron or equivalent platforms, periodic maintenance, installing patches, and supporting L1/L2 teams. This role also spills over to the bigger Application support including custom application packaging and publishing1. Manage, Proactive monitoring, Administer, Troubleshoot, and provide L1/L2 support for mobility infrastructure2. Plan and execute upgrades, projects defined by customers3. Create, design, manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) standalone/Hybrid supporting large user base4. Manage AAD, Autopilot, Conditional Access, Configuration Profiles and Compliance policies.5. Knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android), seamless onboarding technologies (DEP/ZeroTouch), Android for Work/Work Profile, iOS Device Management (Legacy, Supervised and User Enrolment)6. Create and manage Device enrolment Policies (Android, Apple, Windows Autopilot).7. Create, manage, and modify iOS, Android, and Windows application signing, provisioning and deployment. Technical Skills1. Mobility Complete hands-on experience in implementing and managing On-premises/cloud mobility MDM and MAM solutions; Intune, MobileIron or equivalent platforms.Hands-on with Autopilot, Enrolment, configuration policies, Conditional access, Compliance and Security.Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite on mobile devices.Provide Technical solutions and solve complex business problems with minimum downtime.Application packaging and publishing Manage the deployment process of mobile applications to app stores, including testing, release, and updates, Scripting, App packaging and publishingLocation:India - BengaluruCreated On:01-Oct-2025
