Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette.
  • Develop and customize training materials, presentations, and practical exercises to suit different learning styles.
  • Facilitate role-plays, group discussions, and interactive activities to enhance participant engagement.
  • Assess participants' progress through evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
  • Mentor and guide students individually to address personal and professional development areas.
  • Collaborate with program coordinators and industry partners to align training content with current market requirements.
  • Organize workshops, guest sessions, and seminars to provide broader learning exposure.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on attendance, performance, and improvements.
  • Track student progress from training to placement, ensuring effective placement support and follow-up.
  • Liaise with placement officers and employers to facilitate job opportunities for trained participants.
  • Continuously update training content based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
