Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Tele Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to join our teams in Bangalore and Ernakulam. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to the growth of our ERP solutions business. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, communication, and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Wahni IT Solutions and its ERP offerings.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales/consulting team.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Research markets and industries to identify potential prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve product positioning.

Required Skillset:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam/Kannada preferred).
  • Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of IT/software solutions or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to engage decision-makers over the phone and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Good listening and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales mindset are encouraged to apply.

Location Preference:

  • Openings available in Bangalore and Ernakulam.
