Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Telesales Specialist
located in Kochi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up with leads, providing excellent customer support, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. Since the role involves interacting with a wide range of customers across Kerala,
fluency in both English and Malayalam is a must
. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will be involved in training and coaching new team members.

Qualifications

• 4+ Years of Experience
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (mandatory).
• Experience in personal branding or a similar field will be considered a plus
• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
• Experience in Training is beneficial
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi
• Proven track record in telesales or a similar role is a plus
