Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the slimming team including dietitians and wellness consultants.

• Oversee daily operations of the slimming department to ensure smooth client service and treatment delivery.

• Create and monitor customized diet and wellness plans for clients.

• Ensure achievement of in-house monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the slimming team.

• Maintain client records, monitor progress, and ensure retention through follow-ups and consultations.

• Collaborate with clinic manager and marketing team to run promotional offers and wellness campaigns.

• Ensure adherence to company standards, SOPs, and service quality benchmarks.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Nutritionist or Dietitian in a slimming or wellness clinic.

• Proven experience in leading a team and handling operational targets.

• Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to drive results through motivation, coaching, and performance management.
