Role Overview

As a Patient Coordinator & Administrator at FMS Dental, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. You'll work closely with our team of specialists, treatment planners, and travel coordinators to facilitate smooth communication, treatment scheduling, and hospitality support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from patients via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Provide treatment estimates, timelines, and detailed consultation information.
  • Coordinate video consultations between patients and doctors.
  • Assist in visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements with the dental tourism team.
  • Maintain and update patient records and correspondence logs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital team to enhance patient outreach.
  • Ensure post-treatment communication and satisfaction follow-ups.
  • Represent FMS Dental with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (General Dentists) (preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English (knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in healthcare coordination / dental tourism / hospitality is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
