Experience Required: 2–5 years (preferably in FMB, FMCG, or QSR sectors)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in FMB, FMCG, or QSR industries and possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and retail marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital) to drive brand awareness and product sales.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Manage promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns across retail and online channels.

Develop content and marketing collaterals (brochures, POSM, digital creatives).

Track and report campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics.

Handle vendor and agency coordination (designers, media buyers, event partners).

Monitor brand presence on various channels and ensure consistency across touchpoints.

Support trade marketing and merchandising activities to improve in-store visibility.

Assist in planning and executing events, sampling drives, and influencer tie-ups.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of consumer marketing in the FMB, FMCG, or QSR sectors

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM) is a plus

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and market trends

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Creative thinking and strong attention to detail

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred)

Preferred Industry Background:

FMB: Packaged food, beverages, dairy, or bakery brands

FMCG: Personal care, home care, snacks, or beverages

QSR: Chain restaurants, cloud kitchens, cafes, or food delivery brands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,000.00 per month
