Job Title: Sr. Accounts Executive/ Manager

Location: Bandra West

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Accounts Executive/Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate or construction sector. You will handle day-to-day accounting operations, assist in financial reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for all real estate projects and company operations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client billings.
  • Preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and project-wise cost analysis.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, project teams) for financial data and documentation.
  • Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Handle payroll processing and expense reimbursements.
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions for project loans and related documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry or CA firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • CA Intermediate (Mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
