Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Non-IT Recruiter located in the Bangalore Urban district. The Non-IT Recruiter will handle day-to-day recruitment tasks, including the full cycle of hiring activities such as sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, coordinate recruitment processes, and attract top talent for non-IT roles aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Experience in general Recruiting and Hiring for diverse non-technical positions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment
