Business Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles across the organization.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-technical positions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Customer Service, etc.)Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, references, and internal databasesScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitabilityCoordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidatesMaintain and update recruitment trackersManage offer rollout and onboarding coordinationDevelop strong talent pipelines for recurring or niche rolesProvide weekly/monthly hiring status reports to managementEnsure recruitment processes comply with organizational standardsKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in Non-IT recruitment (corporate, consulting, or staffing preferred)Strong sourcing and networking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesBenefits of Working with Us:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentChance to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholdersCompetitive compensation and benefits package
