Job Description

Responsible for managing the capex portal and related capitalization accounting and reporting along with reviewing and reconciling the financials of all subsidiaries, finalize inter-company transactions and support the Consolidation of Financials.

1. Consolidation of Financials and review of Financial Statements along with capex management

  • Capex portal management including accounting at corporate level and reporting the MIS to management.
  • Preparation of related party transaction statements for consolidated financial statements. Reconciliation of the same with financials and resolving the differences after discussing with respective finance controllers of various overseas entities.
  • Group level Elimination to be verified with each reporting pack of all Varroc Group entity and incorporating the same in consolidation tool.
  • Restatement of consolidated financial statement corresponding relevant year.
  • Group Consolidated cash flow and cash flow of FCTRA working (Foreign Currency Transfer Reverse)
  • Consolidated financial statement segment reporting
  • Entity wise working of net of deferred tax assets and liabilities for overseas entities and discussing with respective tax manager for resolving the differences
  • Special Purpose consolidation financial statement preparation of Varroc Holding BV with annexure as per annual consolidated balance sheet of Varroc Group.
  • Quarterly preparation of XBRL file of consolidated financial statement to be submitted to Legal department & SEBI

2. Standalone financials of subsidiary companies –

  • Preparation of financials of subsidiary companies and joint venture companies in India
  • Discussions with the auditors , provide all required details and information to the Auditors report.

Minimum Qualification required: CA
