Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Reconciliation Specialist. The Reconciliation Specialist will handle daily account reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment of financial data. Responsibilities include reviewing financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, and resolving variances to maintain integrity in accounting records. The individual will work closely with accounting and finance teams to provide detailed reports, streamline reconciliation workflows, and support the company's financial compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Finance, Accounting, and Account Reconciliation, with a deep understanding of financial practices and processes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify issues, evaluate data, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in dynamic team environments while maintaining attention to detail and a high standard of integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; prior experience in a reconciliation role is advantageous.
