We're expanding rapidly — and we're looking for sharp, accountable talent to join our finance team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Ledger Posting)
  • Manage Accounts Payables & Receivables with proper reconciliation
  • GST calculation, filing, and return preparation
  • TDS calculation, challan payment, and return filing
  • Preparation of P&L Statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
  • Bank reconciliations and interest/loan tracking
  • Timely follow-up on outstanding payments from distributors
  • Assist in audits, compliance documentation, subsidy documentation, and statutory filings
  • Handling vendor ledgers, credit notes, debit notes, and claims
  • Maintain inventory records & coordinate with warehouse teams
  • Support management with financial analysis, cost control & MIS reports
  • Coordinate with CA firm for monthly/annual compliance

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Commerce / Finance
  • Strong knowledge of
    Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Busy
    (Tally preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
  • Good communication & vendor interaction capability

Prefferred Experience:

  • FMCG / Distribution / Manufacturing background (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience managing ledger disputes and payment cycles
  • Understanding of cold chain or inventory-heavy operations (a plus)
