Job Description

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager LinkedIn Ads Specialist with expertise in B2B paid campaigns, ROI-driven marketing, and performance optimization across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and programmatic advertising channels.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven, competitive, and highly efficient marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with driving measurable business results. You will be responsible for building high-performing campaigns, optimizing full-funnels, and directly contributing to lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, campaign analytics, audience targeting, and performance marketing metrics is a must. You will manage multiple campaigns, lead a team of specialists, and implement strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

This is a mid-to-senior level role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own and execute full-funnel Paid Media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Programmatic platforms — from awareness to conversion.
  • Lead LinkedIn Ads strategy and optimization, including Sponsored Content, Conversation Ads, and Lead Gen Forms to drive high-quality B2B leads.
  • Plan and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, integrating audience segmentation, firmographics, and intent signals to target key accounts.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of Paid Media Specialists to improve efficiency, ROI, and creative testing velocity.
  • Conduct advanced audience testing, A/B experiments, and performance analysis to identify scalable campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to align messaging, offers, and lead quality objectives.
  • Establish tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks linking paid media metrics directly to pipeline and revenue.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and new betas to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain a sharp eye for ad copy, creative hooks, and visual styles that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Document wins, insights, and high-performing playbooks for continuous learning and optimization.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations on budgets, channels, and campaign formats to achieve KPIs.

Preferred Candidate Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and display campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving successful B2B campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of Paid Media specialists.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create ad messaging that drives engagement and qualified leads.
  • Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, competitive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, remote environment.
