We are looking for energetic and confident
Telecalling & Business Development Executives
to join our growing team. The role is focused on
outbound calling, sales, and client follow-ups
for our skincare, haircare, and aesthetic products and training courses. This is a
target-based job
where your communication skills and sales ability will help the company expand its reach and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, salons, and institutes to explain our products and training courses.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business growth.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or business development (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.) preferred.
