Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Sales / Business Development
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Communicate effectively with prospects to convince and convert them into potential clients.
• Attend on-site sales visits and client meetings to build relationships and close deals.
• Schedule and participate in BDR meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Maintain proper records of calls, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/tools.
Requirements:
• Fresher or 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development.
• Strong communication & convincing skills (both verbal & written).
• Ability to handle rejections positively and work under targets.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with field/on-site sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.
