Role Overview:

As a
Product Specialist
at Nynii, you will play a key role in bridging product innovation and market adoption. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and brand teams to create impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies, communicate new features, and enhance user engagement across both worker and client segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing
    GTM strategies
    for new app features and campaigns.
  • Conduct
    market research
    to understand customer needs, competitors, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to translate features into
    clear, compelling user benefits
    .
  • Support in creating
    marketing collaterals
    — digital creatives, social content, pitch decks, and emailers.
  • Track and analyze
    user data and campaign performance
    to refine messaging and positioning.
  • Help coordinate with
    brand partners and influencers
    for collaboration and awareness campaigns.
  • Work on
    app store optimization (ASO)
    and
    user acquisition funnels
    to improve conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communication, or Design
    .
  • Strong interest in
    product marketing, digital growth, and consumer tech
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand data insights and apply them creatively.
  • Familiarity with social media, Canva/Figma, and analytics tools is a plus.
