Job Summary:

The E commerce Listing Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and managing product listings on various E commerce platforms (e.g., Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Shopify, First Cry etc.). This role focuses on ensuring that product information is accurate, well-optimized for search engines, and compelling to potential customers. The E commerce Listing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to enhance the online product catalogue, drive sales, and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Product Listing Creation and Optimization:
• Write clear, concise, and persuasive product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
• Upload high-quality product images and videos, ensuring they meet platform requirements.
• Include appropriate keywords for SEO optimization in product titles, descriptions, and metadata.
• Maintain accurate pricing, stock availability, and variant (size, color, etc.) information.
• Data Management:
• Monitor product inventory levels and update listings accordingly to prevent out-of-stock issues.
• Conduct regular audits of existing product listings to ensure all information is up to date and correct.
• Use data from analytics tools to optimize listings for higher visibility and conversion rates.
• Product Categorization and Taxonomy:
• Ensure products are categorized correctly on ecommerce platforms to enhance discoverability.
• Ensure products are tagged with relevant attributes (e.g., size, color, material) for easy searching and filtering.
• Content Quality Control:
• Ensure all product listings comply with ecommerce platform guidelines and industry standards.
• Maintain consistency in the tone and style of product descriptions, aligning with brand guidelines.
• SEO and Market Research:
• Perform keyword research to optimize product listings for better search engine rankings.
• Monitor competitor listings and market trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Stay updated on SEO best practices and ecommerce platform algorithm changes to maintain listing performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work with the photography team to ensure product images meet ecommerce platform standards.
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure product details align with marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues related to product listings.
• Platform Management:
• Manage listings on multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring uniformity across sites while adhering to each platform's specific guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with product listings, including missing images, incorrect data, or errors in the system.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Regularly track product performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and sales.
• Generate reports on listing performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Proven experience in E Commerce product listing management, content creation - preferably in the kids wear or garments industry is a must.
• Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and digital platforms and attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with E Commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, First Cry, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, google sheets, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic data Management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spoken English).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
