Summary:

The Mid Level SAP QM professional will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of SAP Quality Management solutions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality processes, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement in quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM solutions to enhance quality management processes.

  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and support quality planning, assurance, and control activities.

  • Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement in quality processes.

  • Provide support in the execution of quality audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Assist in training end-users on SAP QM functionalities and best practices.

  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality management issues within SAP.

  • Maintain documentation related to QM processes, configurations, and operational procedures.

  • Stay updated on SAP QM features and industry best practices to enhance organizational quality management capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience with SAP QM module is required, with a solid understanding of quality management processes.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret quality data effectively.

  • Good communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance practices is a plus.

  • Knowledge of other SAP modules and integration points is advantageous.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to work onsite in Bangalore, India

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated stable work history with long-term accountability in prior roles.

  • Experience working in global delivery or multi-geography AMS environments.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility offshore leadership role with consistent US time-zone overlap.

  • Strong written and verbal English (required)

  • Experience with US/EU companies (preferred)

Pay: ₹1, ₹2,490.00 per hour
