Work Type: Full Time - Work From Office
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients using provided leads to schedule training sessions for the Petrosoft software.
- Coordinate with trainers and clients to book and confirm training time slots.
- Schedule a minimum of 45 training sessions per day.
- Track and follow up to ensure trainers complete at least 50 trainings per month.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed trainings.
- Communicate effectively in multiple South Indian languages to cater to regional clients.
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes promptly and professionally.
- Report daily and monthly progress to the team lead/manager.
- Assist in resolving minor queries related to training coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in support coordination, customer service, or telecalling.
- Fluency in at least two South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam); proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric approach.
