Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals by understanding client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, proactive incident communication, and smooth onboarding/migrations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking, monitoring SLAs, service uptime, and customer health metrics.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a customer advocate internally & share insights and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records & reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management in IT, Cloud, or Data Center industries.
- Strong understanding of Cloud, Colocation, Networking, and Managed Hosting services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts.
- Problem-solving approach.
