We are looking for a Student Counselor & Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for potential students. The role involves handling inquiries, counseling leads about our digital marketing courses, and converting them into admissions, along with managing front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to student walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries.
  • Explain course details, structure, fees, and career opportunities to prospects.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions.
  • Maintain student databases and update CRM regularly.
  • Assist in admission formalities and payment collection.
  • Manage front desk duties: greeting visitors, handling queries, and coordination.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any field (preferred: Business/Marketing/Communication).
  • 1–3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or front office roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and basic CRM software.
  • Customer-friendly attitude and ability to multitask.
