About the Role

We are hiring passionate Inside Sales Associates to drive student enrollments for our fast-growing EdTech platform. This is a high-performance, target-driven role where you will interact with prospective learners and help them choose the right program.

Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads by conducting need-based sales conversations.
  • Drive follow-ups and closures within the defined sales cycle.
  • Communicate with prospects across calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per lead, and revenue per sale.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C Sales (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record in target-based roles.
  • Ability to learn products quickly (within 48 hours).
  • Resilient, confident, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
  • Technical/Computer Science background is a plus, not mandatory.
