About the Role
We are hiring passionate Inside Sales Associates to drive student enrollments for our fast-growing EdTech platform. This is a high-performance, target-driven role where you will interact with prospective learners and help them choose the right program.
Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads by conducting need-based sales conversations.
- Drive follow-ups and closures within the defined sales cycle.
- Communicate with prospects across calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Track key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per lead, and revenue per sale.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C Sales (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a proven track record in target-based roles.
- Ability to learn products quickly (within 48 hours).
- Resilient, confident, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
- Technical/Computer Science background is a plus, not mandatory.
