Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and explain technical aspects of mechanical engineering products
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Work on sales engineering and prepare offers/quotations
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to develop solutions for new business opportunities.
- Identify potential clients through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, or social media outreach.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong basics in Mechanical Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in technical sales or account management in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Diploma in Mechanical.
- Strong understanding of engineering services, sales engineering, sales strategy, revenue generation, and client handling skills.
- Sociable, outgoing personality to build rapport with clients
