Job Title: Field Installation & Service Engineer

Location: Bihar (No fixed location – 100% Field Work)

Salary Range: Starting from ₹18,000/month

Note: Final salary will be based on interview performance, technical skills, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in machine installation, servicing, or maintenance. (Experience in compressors will be preferred.)
  • Two-wheeler and a valid Driving License are compulsory for daily field travel.
  • Daily travel to different client locations across Bihar.
  • Must not have any ongoing or future education plans; should be fully committed to a full-time field job.
  • Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to travel extensively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machines.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain service logs, reports, and daily work documentation.
  • Coordinate with the service and CRM team for escalations.
  • Achieve monthly spares sales targets by promoting and selling required spare parts to clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely support.
