**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and other associated equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Provide on-site support to clients, including diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades of CCTV systems.
- Assist clients in setting up security systems to meet their specific needs.
- Ensure that cameras are positioned correctly for optimal surveillance.
- Test CCTV equipment, check video and audio quality, and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely installation and service completion.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, inventory, and job progress.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt solutions to CCTV system failures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CCTV technology.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, including wired and wireless setups.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various CCTV brands (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of networking principles and IP-based CCTV systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Patna and nearby areas.
- Basic understanding of electrical and cabling work.
- Certification in electronics or relevant technical training is preferred.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time, with some flexibility in working hours.
- On-site work across Patna, with potential for travel to nearby regions.
- Occasional overtime during emergencies or high-demand periods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
